Beachvolley
Beachvolley is becoming more and more popular every year – also in Switzerland. Compete against each other in teams of two on real sand. Playing Beachvolley out in nature, next to the lake is cool. Heaps more fun than normal volleyball, you feel like you are on holiday!

Bungy Jumping
The only other time your pulse rate reached this level was probably at birth! This is the reason why bungy has developed into a worldwide phenomena. What makes it more special in the Interlaken region is simply the setting, which has no equal anywhere. You can choose to jump in Grindelwald (85m) or from the Stockhorn cablecar (134m).

Canyon Jump
Imagine jumping off a cliff attached to an 80m rope, freefalling until the rope catches, and then swinging at high speed through a narrow glacial gorge! More adrenaline than you can poke a stick at!

Ice Climbing
Ice climb the Swiss alps! The K44 indoor climbing hall will give you a good work out if you are looking for something to do on a grey day! All levels of routes, from beginner to advanced, plus a great bouldering corner and a cool integrated bistro makes a grey day pass by quickly.

Mountain Biking
In our region you can enjoy the mountains on a bike as you can nowhere else. Take a guided tour or just rent a bike and discover it all for yourself.

Ropes Course

Five courses of varying difficulty and height lead you on a tree top adventure through a beautiful forest. Challenge yourself as you travel from platform to platform along a maze of rope bridges and zip lines set high in the trees. Along the way enjoy the stunning views of the Swiss Alps and the majestic Jungfrau region.
